About Nasir

Leader. Facilitator. People Developer.

Speaker. Entrepreneur. Connector.

Nasir Bayan is a Corporate Wellness Expert, Leadership Trainer, Licensed Psychotherapist and Speaker.

Simply stated, his mission is to serve the greater good by helping people and organizations in doing the “inner work” that leads to outer transformation and results.

His work in the Corporate Wellness and Transformational Leadership space is aimed at providing real-world answers and solutions to the following questions:

  • How do we truly heal?

  • What does healing & wellness “look like” in today’s corporate and organizational environments?

  • How can we equip, engage & empower today’s leaders with simple, practical (and proven) tools to help them feel better, stress less & lead with more confidence, more clarity and more calm?

On a deeper level, his work sits at the intersections of leadership, mindfulness, personal mastery, whole person healing, inner transformation and conscious business/entrepreneurship.

Nasir refers to his calling as “serving through people work” and—whether in executive leadership, entrepreneurial, organizational or wellness spaces—his goal is to actually help people.

How? By helping them tap into their own inner power, inner genius and inner wisdom, and “leaning in” to live from a place of abundant joy, empowerment and true peace.

Born in the midwest United States, he worked in corporate America for nearly 20 years as a business development leader, trainer/facilitator and consultant to Fortune 500s.
